A


Accessible Parking
Accessible parking spaces are located in the adjacent surface lot behind the center as well as designated spaces in the attached parking garage. You must have a valid person with a disabled parking placard to park. Parking is first come first served and spaces are limited. An early arrival is strongly recommended.


Accessible Seating
The Bank of Kentucky Center offers ADA-compliant seating. All sections may not be available due to production requirements. For event-specific information, please call The Bank of Kentucky Center Box Office at: (859) 292-889.


Admission
Children who have yet to celebrate their 2nd birthday do not require a ticket to MOST events at The Bank of Kentucky Center provided that they sit on the lap of an adult throughout the entire event. Please check each event individually for age requirements.

Alcohol
Guests of The Bank of Kentucky Center must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. The Center will check proof of legal drinking age.

There is a maximum of TWO (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase at all concession stands and portable vendors.

For NKU Norse basketball games, all alcohol sales within the Center will conclude at the 10:00 mark of the second half. Individual concerts and events are determined on a show to show basis.

The Center has the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at anytime during an event.



Assisted Listening Devices
Guests of The Bank of Kentucky Center who are hearing impaired may request an amplification device for any event at the Center. Please contact 859-442-2652 or email info@bankofkentuckycenter.com. These requests should be made one week in advance to ensure the proper device is available when you attend the event. A photo ID is required when borrowing the device and all amplification devices are operable from any seat.


ATM Machines
For the convenience of our patrons, there are THREE (3) Bank of Kentucky ATM's located at The Bank of Kentucky Center. Locations are in the main lobby, two in the main concourse. Please note that some concession stands and portable vendors do not accept debit or credit cards.


Autographs
The Bank of Kentucky Center does not support solicitation of autographs of any kind on The Bank of Kentucky Center property. The Bank of Kentucky Center is unable to accept autograph/photograph requests by mail.

Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are available in most of the public restrooms at The Bank of Kentucky Center.


Backstage Passes
The Bank of Kentucky Center does not issue or sell backstage passes to events. Backstage access is strictly limited and is arranged by tour management.


Bags, Backpacks and Purses
For security purposes, only small personal bags (purses, baby or diaper bags, etc) will be permitted inside The Bank of Kentucky Center and all items are subject to searches upon entrance.

Large bags, coolers, backpacks and sealed packages (including gifts for performers and or athletes) of any kind are not permitted.

Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted on an event by event basis providing they are in good taste, as deemed by building management. Signs must not be commercial in nature or utilize wood, metal or other types of objects for support. They can not be hung or fastened anywhere in the building or in any way obstruct another guest's view or building signage.


Binoculars
Binoculars and their cases are permitted for most events. All items are subject to searches upon arrival.



Bottles and Cans
No bottles, cans or coolers are permitted inside The Bank of Kentucky Center.


Box Office
The Bank of Kentucky Center Box Office is located just off of Nunn Drive. The Bank of Kentucky Center’s Box Office summer hours of operation are: Monday – Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm. Hours are subject to change for event on-sales.

The Bank of Kentucky Center Box Office hours are subject to change as a result of varying event times or holidays.


Bus Parking
Parking is available for busses transporting groups to The Bank of Kentucky Center. For more information, please contact The Bank of Kentucky Center at 859-442-2652.

Cameras
Cameras are permitted into The Bank of Kentucky Center for NKU Norse basketball games and on an event by event basis. Be sure to check out the website or call 859-442-2652 to see if cameras are permitted for the event. If allowed, The Bank of Kentucky Center building policy allows only small personal still camera (preferably disposable) equipped with 3 inch lense or smaller to be brought into the Center. Video, audio and professional/detachable lens camera and recording devices are strictly prohibited in the Center.

For all other events, camera policies will vary. Please check the individual event page for further information.


Cellular Phones
Use of cellular phones in The Bank of Kentucky Center is permitted, as long as it does not disturb other fans in the area or interfere with their ability to enjoy the event.


Children's Ticketing Policy

Designated Drop- Off / Pick-Up
For disabled guests convenience, an accessible drop-off and pick-up point is available in the circle in front of The Bank of Kentucky Center.

Doors Open
Doors generally open one hour prior to the start of an event at The Bank of Kentucky Center, including NKU Norse basketball games. Please check the individual event page for further information. The Bank of Kentucky Center has a no re-entry policy; once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.

Elevators are located just inside the main lobby of the center.


Emergency Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, The Bank of Kentucky Center staff will utilize the public address (PA) system all exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.

Family Restrooms
There is one family restroom located within The Bank of Kentucky Center near section 101.


First Aid
First Aid station is located behind section 112. Paramedics from Central Campbell County are onsite for all events. If you are in need of medical attention, please notify a The Bank of Kentucky Center employee immediately.


Food and Beverage
No food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into The Bank of Kentucky Center. Concessions stands located throughout the Center sell a wide variety of food, alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages. Kentucky State Law prohibits the sale of alcohol to all persons under the age of 21. Guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

Lost And Found
If an item is lost or found during an event please see the Guest Services Booth located on the concourse behind section 110. Lost items can be claimed at the Guest Services Booth near section 110 during an event. Guests inquiring about lost items after an event should contact the center at 859-442-2652 for information. Items lost at events are held in storage for thirty (30) days and then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charity.


Lost or Stolen Tickets
For NKU Norse basketball games, tickets that are lost, destroyed or inaccessible will be subject to a three (3) dollar per ticket reprinting fee. In the event that a ticket is reprinted, the bar code on the original ticket will be voided. To have a replacement ticket issued, please call The Bank of Kentucky Center’s Box Office at 859-442-2652 **. Only tickets purchased through The Bank of Kentucky Center’s box office as part of a Full or Half Season Plan are eligible for reprints. The Bank of Kentucky Center can not reprint any tickets purchased through Ticketmaster or acquired through any other means.

**Contact point-of-purchase for replacement of lost tickets. Tickets will only be reissued with proper ID and documentation. Tickets purchased from box office with cash cannot be tracked and, therefore, cannot be reissued.

National Anthem Singers
To be considered to sing the national anthem, for NKU Norse basketball games, please submit a tape, CD or video of you performing the national anthem to the address below. Materials submitted must be a maximum of 90 seconds long. No other songs will be accepted. Items will not be returned.

Parking
General Parking for The Bank of Kentucky Center is located right across The Bank of Kentucky Center in the Welcome Center Garage. Parking rates vary per event, but are typically $4.00 for all NKU Basketball Games, and $5.00 or $10.00 for all non-NKU Basketball events. Parking will be conducted on a first come, first serve basis.


Patron Courtesy Policy
The Bank of Kentucky Center is committed to exceeding the expectations of every guest by delivering the best sports and entertainment experience with quality guest service and exceptional value at a world-class venue.

As a means of creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following are things that are prohibited at The Bank of Kentucky Center

  • Abusive or foul language and obscene gestures directed towards other guests, Center employees, players, coaches, performers or officials.
  • Clothing containing offensive language or indecent graphics.
  • Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption.
  • Smoking, except in designated areas located outside the Center.
  • Banners or signs that obstruct the view of guests, obscure advertising or impede the operations of The Bank of Kentucky Center, contain objectionable subject matter or are commercial in nature. The Bank of Kentucky Center reserves the right to remove any banner or signage at any time.
  • Prohibited entry items such as containers, food and beverage, air horns, weapons and laser pointers.
  • Guests entering or attempting to enter restricted areas without proper authorization or credentials.
  • Throwing objects, either within the seating section or onto the basketball floor or event performance area.
  • Guest who are disruptive to the event presentation, performance or game.
Guests encountering difficulties and concerns are urged to contact The Bank of Kentucky Center staff immediately.

Guests not abiding by this Fan Courtesy Policy are subject to ejection from The Bank of Kentucky Center and in some cases subject to criminal prosecution.


Presales
Certain events at The Bank of Kentucky Center offer presales to our PIN (People In the kNow) Access members. Click here for more information on PIN.


Prohibited Items
No bags, back packs, air horns, cooler (hard/soft sided), thermoses, large purses, cans, bottles, flasks, alcoholic beverages, laser pointer, video or audio recording devices, professional cameras/lens, tripods, banners or signs on poles, weapons of any kind, or any other items deemed dangerous and/or inappropriate.

Subject to search, small purses, binocular cases and diaper bags will be permitted, however, all items that do not pass security must be returned to vehicles.

Scalping/ Ticket Reselling
Guests may not re-sell tickets at any price on The Bank of Kentucky Center property. To avoid issues with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from an authorized Ticketmaster outlet or The Bank of Kentucky Center box office.

Security
In the interest of guest and staff safety, a search process is required for all events in order to prevent guests from bringing unauthorized and prohibited items into the Center.


Service Animals
Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome into The Bank of Kentucky Center. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times within the Center. All other animals are not allowed in The Bank of Kentucky Center unless specified by management.


Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside The Bank of Kentucky Center; however a designated smoking area is located outside the building and is accessible via the concourse level.


Solicitation
The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on The Bank of Kentucky Center property without proper authorization from management.

Strollers
Strollers are not allowed into The Bank of Kentucky Center for most events. The Bank of Kentucky Center does not provide any areas for secure drop off of any personal items.

Vault Lounge
This is a designated area specifically for our “Banker’s Club” members (limited to a 1,000 members) only for pre, during and post event gatherings at The Bank of Kentucky Center. The Vault Lounge is available for sponsorship annually and ideally would be fully integrated with unique and original offerings and surroundings such as high-speed computer terminals for members to access e-mail, etc… or flat screen TV’s to catch other televised action while at The Bank of Kentucky Center while relaxing in their own exclusive lounge.


Video Cameras
Use of video or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited. The Bank of Kentucky Center reserves the right to confiscate any tape or film and remove the patron from the building.

Will Call
Tickets ordered and pre-paid can be picked up at The Bank of Kentucky Center Box Office, located just off of Nunn Drive. Will Call windows open one hour prior to events and patrons must present valid photo identification when picking up tickets. In order to cut down on long waits at the box office, Ticketmaster Retail Pickup also allows patrons to pickup will call tickets at select Ticketmaster outlets.
