Q. Does The Bank of Kentucky Center have ATM’s?
A. Yes, The Bank of Kentucky Center has THREE (3) Bank of Kentucky ATMs located at The Bank of Kentucky Center. Locations are in the main lobby, plus two in the main concourse. Please note that some concession stands and portable vendors do not accept debit or credit cards.


Q. How can I get back-stage passes to an event?
A. The Bank of Kentucky Center does not supply nor have access to back-stage passes.


Q. What are the Box Office hours?
A. Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm. Hours are subject to change for event on-sales.


Q. Can I use a credit card at the Box Office?
A. Yes; the Bank of Kentucky Center Box Office accepts cash and all major credit cards.


Q. How do I purchase group tickets?
A. Group discounted tickets are available to all family shows and some concerts at the Bank of Kentucky Center. To inquire about group tickets please call 859-292-2890.

Q. Where is the Box Office and Will-Call/Ticket Pick-up located?
A. Both the Bank of Kentucky Center Box Office and the Will-Call window are located in the event level of the Bank of Kentucky Center.


Q. Does The Bank of Kentucky Center accept fan mail or gifts for artists that perform there?
A. The Bank of Kentucky Center will not accept any gifts or fan mail for anyone that performs here. All mail and gifts will be discarded.


Q. Are Cameras or Video Cameras permitted in the Center?
A. Cameras and video cameras are not permitted. However, some shows will permit non-professional cameras (i.e., disposable, 35mm). It is best to check the policy on a show's event page on this website before bringing a camera to the building as unauthorized cameras will be confiscated.


Q. Does my child need a ticket?
A. For most events, children under the age of two are not required to have a ticket. However, should you wish for your child to have their own seat, a ticket is required. Check the specific event page on this website to be certain.


Q. I am bringing a bus to the show; where do we park?
Call The Bank of Kentucky Center with questions, or to reserve bus parking space at 859-442-2652.


Q. How do I redeem a coupon for tickets?
A. All coupons, ticket vouchers, or free passes can be redeemed at The Bank of Kentucky Center Box Office ONLY. They cannot be used at Ticketmaster, Ticket Centers, or charge-by-phone.


Q. The event that I have tickets to has been canceled. Now what do I do?
A. If the show has been rescheduled and you still plan to attend, hold onto your existing tickets; they will be honored for the rescheduled performance. If, however, you do not plan to attend the rescheduled event or it has not been rescheduled, please check the event's page on this website for information on how to obtain a refund.


Q. Can I bring food into the Center?
A. Patrons may not bring food into the Center. However, there are concession stands available throughout the building.


Q. Where is accessible parking located at The Bank of Kentucky Center?
A. Accessible parking spaces are located in the adjacent surface lot behind the center as well as designated spaces in the attached parking garage. You must have a valid disabled parking placard to park. Parking is first come first served and spaces are limited. An early arrival is strongly recommended.


Q. How do I purchase accessible seating?
A. Accessible seating is available at The Bank of Kentucky Center for all events. When purchasing tickets, please mention that you are in need of accessible seating so that we may assist with special arrangements.

Q. How much is parking for an event?
A. Parking varies per event, but typically parking is $4.00 at all NKU Basketball Games, and $5.00 or $10.00 for all non-NKU Basketball events. Parking will be conducted on a first come, first serve basis.


Q. Is smoking permitted in The Bank of Kentucky Center?
A. The Bank of Kentucky Center is a smoke-free facility; however a designated smoking area is located outside the building and is accessible via the concourse level.


Q. Does The Bank of Kentucky Center donate tickets to charities?
A. Interested organizations must provide a letter on official organization letterhead to the Marketing Department.
