Arena Policies

RF style assisted listening devices and sign language interpretation services are available by making advance arrangements with Guest Services at The Bank of Kentucky Center at least one week prior to scheduled event. For more information, call 859-442-2652.

For the convenience of our fans, there are THREE (3) Bank of Kentucky ATM's located at The Bank of Kentucky Center. Locations are in the main lobby, two in the main concourse. Please note that some concession stands and portable vendors do not accept debit or credit cards.

Use of video cameras is prohibited within The Bank of Kentucky Center. For NKU Norse basketball games, most non-professional cameras with attached lenses are permitted.

For special events including concerts, the camera policies are determined by the show or tour. Generally, cameras and recording devices are not permitted for special events, but please call 859-442-2652 with specific inquiries. Cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted at any time during special events.

Doors at The Bank of Kentucky Center generally open one hour before most special events and games. Visit the Events Schedule page for specific times.

Elevators and stairways are located just inside the main lobby of the Center.

Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Exceptions are only made in the case of medical situations and emergencies. Guests with medical emergencies or other emergencies who want to leave and then return to the building should be directed to the Guest Services Station on the main concourse where the attendant will issue a special pass for re-entry.

There is one family restroom located within The Bank of Kentucky Center.

The following behavior or activities are grounds for eviction from The Bank of Kentucky Center:

• Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type.
• Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside The Bank of Kentucky Center.
• Unacceptable or indecent dress.
• Failure to obey or follow The Bank of Kentucky Center smoking policies.
• Use of illegal substances or drugs; Public drunkenness.
• Entering or attempting to enter any "off limits" areas such as playing surface, stage area, backstage or restroom of the opposite sex.
• Participating in a fight.
• Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or arena employees.
• The throwing of any objects or projectiles in seating areas, from balconies, ramps, stairwells or any other areas.

The Bank of Kentucky Center provides lost and found services for guests, which is located behind section 103 or 110. Any items that are not claimed at the end of an event will be turned in to Security Command. Items turned in to Lost and Found can be claimed during regular business hours. The Bank of Kentucky Center has numerous facilities available for private meetings, conferences or smaller functions. For more information, please call (859) 442-2652.

The Bank of Kentucky Center offers premium seating and services for 12 luxury suites and 2 Party Suites located on the main concourse level. In addition to the fully furnished suite featuring a wet bar, stadium-style seating and two televisions, other amenities offered include concierge service and access to the Vault Lounge.

The following items are not permitted to be brought into The Bank of Kentucky Center by guests:

• Cans, bottles, coolers or any similar containers.
• Laser pens or laser products of any type.
• Fireworks.
• Air horns or noise makers of any type.
• Alcohol of any type.
• Weapons of any type.
• Any other item deemed unacceptable by The Bank of Kentucky Center management.

In the event that items are revealed during a search, the guest(s) will be permitted to return to his vehicle with the item or he can dispose of the item. The Bank of Kentucky Center will not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type. The Bank of Kentucky Center management has the sole right to determine the type of pre-event screening.

No pets or animals are allowed in The Bank of Kentucky Center with the exception of service animals such as seeing eye pets.

The campus of Northern Kentucky University has passed an ordinance banning smoking in all indoor public places. In keeping with this ordinance, The Bank of Kentucky Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking will only be allowed in designated smoking areas are located outside the building and are accessible via the main concourse level.

Will Call Policy-
Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of The Bank of Kentucky Center Ticket Office located just off of Nunn Drive. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets.

Children's Ticket Policy-
Children who have yet to celebrate their 2nd birthday do not require a ticket to MOST events at The Bank of Kentucky Center provided that they sit on the lap of an adult throughout the entire event. Please check each event individually for age requirements.

Lost or Stolen Ticket Policy-
Lost tickets will not be replaced by The Bank of Kentucky Center. If tickets are stolen, guests must provide proof of purchase and a police report to The Bank of Kentucky Center Ticket Office. New tickets will then be printed.

Re-selling Tickets-
The resale of tickets for any event at The Bank of Kentucky Center is strictly prohibited.
